Data and purposes

Without an account: your progress is stored only in your browser. A random device ID goes with your daily score to compute your percentile.

With an account: email, hashed password or Google ID, Premium status and related Stripe IDs, to manage your account and purchases (contract).

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive card data.

Ads (free players): Google AdSense may use cookies according to your consent choice.

Party and Streamer modes: nicknames and guesses travel in real time during the game and are not stored. Streamer mode reads public Twitch chat in your browser only.

Technical logs kept by our hosts for security (legitimate interest).

Recipients and transfers

Processors: Vercel (hosting, USA), Supabase (database, UK), Stripe (payments, Ireland), Google (ads and Google sign-in).

Transfers outside the EU rely on adequacy decisions (UK, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Retention

Account: until deletion. Daily scores: 24 months, pseudonymised. Billing records: 10 years at Stripe (legal obligation).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent.

Delete your account directly from the Account page; other requests: contact@priceguessr.fr. You may complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
