Terms of use

1. The service

PriceGuessr is an online game about guessing the price of real items. Part of it is free and playable without an account; Premium adds features (see Terms of sale).

Prices are shown for play: dated, sourced, possibly outdated. They are not an offer nor buying or investment advice.

2. Account

An account (email and password, or Google) keeps your progress and lets you subscribe. You must be at least 15, or have a parent's consent.

Keep your credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

3. Conduct

In Party and Streamer modes, nicknames and messages must not be abusive, discriminatory, sexual or infringe others' rights.

Disrupting the service (bots, abuse, bypassing limits or payments) is forbidden.

Streamer mode reads the public Twitch chat of the given channel in your browser; the streamer remains responsible for moderating their chat.

4. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it.

We are not liable for indirect damage nor for any use of the prices outside the game.

5. Suspension

Accounts breaching these terms may be suspended or deleted.

6. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the version on this page applies. French law applies.
