1. Offers

Premium monthly: €3.99/month ($3.99). Premium yearly: €29/year ($29). Unlimited free play, full daily archive, parties up to 50 players, unlimited Streamer mode, full stats, no ads.

No ads for life: €9.99 ($9.99) one-time. Removes ads on the account for as long as the game runs, without other Premium features.

2. Order and payment

Orders are placed from the Premium page, signed in, on a secure Stripe checkout. Payment is taken immediately; subscriptions renew automatically.

Card data is handled only by Stripe. An invoice is emailed to you.

3. Cancellation

Cancel any time from “Manage my subscription” (Stripe portal). Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under French consumer law (art. L221-28 13°), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with your express consent. By paying, you request immediate access and acknowledge losing that right.

If a technical issue prevents you from using the offer, contact us: a refund may be granted.

5. Complaints and mediation

Write to contact@priceguessr.fr; we reply within 7 business days.

You may use a consumer mediator (details on request) or the EU online dispute platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

6. Governing law

French law applies.
